The person behind the progress
More than a trainer. More than a creator.
I’m GYM. Fitness is my foundation, and building online is my other kind of training. I help people move with purpose: in their bodies, their content, and their next big idea.
No crash diets. No magic tea. Strength training I kept showing up for, Nigerian food on a smarter plate, and a program I followed week after week. Drag the slider to see the difference.
A trainer’s discipline. A creator’s perspective. A belief that the work always comes first.
My world sits between fitness, health, and social media. I train, create, and help others build with intention, whether that means feeling stronger or making an online presence work harder.
My own X monetization journey is part of that story. I share the receipts because trust should be built on something you can see, not just something you’re told.
The result I’m proudest of isn’t a payout. It’s this one. Here is how I lost 40kg and built a body I’m proud of, one session and one plate at a time.

−40kg lost
Same woman. Same city. Same Nigerian food. What changed was the routine, the plate and the program, and the fact that I stopped quitting. Scroll on for every part of it.
At 115kg I was tired. Tired of starting on Monday and stopping by Thursday, tired of quick fixes that never lasted. So I made myself a different promise: no crash diets, no fat-burner tea, no punishing myself. Just show up, train, eat properly, and keep going on the weeks the scale refused to move.

Chapter 2
The routine.
Training became non-negotiable, like brushing my teeth. I built my week around strength training with dumbbells, barbells and machines, adding a little weight or a few reps each week. Cardio was daily walking and short conditioning finishers, not hours on a treadmill. I filmed my sets to check my form and tracked every workout.
Strength training most days of the week, full body and splits
Progressive overload: a bit more weight or reps every week
Daily steps plus short conditioning finishers
Sleep, water and rest days treated as part of the training
Chapter 3
The plate.
I never stopped eating Nigerian food. I learned to build a better plate with it: protein first, yam and plantain in portions that matched my goal, and plenty of vegetables. Eggs, beef, greens, avocado, fruit and oats. Food I enjoy is food I can eat for years, and that is why the weight stayed off.
Structure is what made it stick. I trained in phases and adjusted as my body changed, checking progress with photos, measurements and the scale, not the scale alone.
Phase 1
Foundation
Build the habit. Learn the main lifts with good form, walk daily, start prepping meals and drinking enough water.
Phase 2
Build
Heavier strength work, protein at every meal and a steady calorie deficit that still leaves energy to train.
Phase 3
Recomp
Keep the muscle, keep losing fat. Track photos and measurements, tighten the plan and keep progressing the lifts.
Chapter 5
75kg. Strong, fit, still going.
Today75kg
Today I’m 75kg and stronger than I have ever been. Now I coach other people through the same process. The meal plans and the program I used are in the store, and if you want me in your corner, coaching is open.
